Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer giving your surname as a reference, for bespoke commissions I ask for 50% up front with the order and the final payment when the item is ready to be delivered.

Delivery

For items available on this website you are very welcome to arrange a visit to collect the item, or we can arrange delivery (just bear in mind some of these items are heavy, so delivery charges can be relatively high).

 

Delivery For Bespoke Items

For bespoke pieces we will discuss your delivery timeframes at the same time we discuss your specific needs, however, please be aware that some items do take time to complete. If you are buying for a special event such as a wedding then please give me as much time as possible to complete your order. Again, in terms of actually delivering the final piece, we can arrange a visit to collect or can deliver to your door.
